Some Common Questions
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped first by the order they are received in, and then by whether they are made or order, or ready to ship. If your order has wood work in it, it will be made to order, and will take up to 3 weeks from the time of ordering to ship. If your order is ready to ship, like prints, note pads and other pre made products, it will ship within 2 weeks.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email once your order has shipped. It will let you know that your order has indeed shipped, and who it will be shipping with. If your package is being shipped via letter mail ( stickers, pins etch) your will not have a tracking number provided, however if your order has been shipped as a package, you will also receive a trackable shipping number which you can use to see where your order is at.
When will my order get here?
Please understand that once an item has shipped we no longer have any control over the time that it will be delivered. Additionally we recommend that if you need your order for a specific date, to order at least on month in advance. If it is the Holiday season, we suggest keeping the on going shipping situation in mind.
Can I return my order?
Returns will only be valid for you if you received damaged product, or the incorrect product. If that is the case please contact us directly via email, NOT the contact box. This will allow us to can quick contact and be able to make arrangements to correct the situation sooner.
